Our team worked for Price Plan/Rate Plan, RC, NRC, Discounts, Corridors and such billing products configuration in Arbor/Kenan. We are also involved in Configuration in OPOM (order processing order management) system that links arbor products to Mediation components. In OPOM, we configure product provisioning rules or product catalog. Hence I am working in Making Product Inclusion and Exclusion rules for OM. We support testers to understand the solution design document for particular Change request/new request and help them throughout testing or internal defects.
