We worked on Portal and Siebel systems for Post pay product configuration, testing and defect analysis/ suspense clearance. We have configured recurring RC s, bundle RC s, usage products, rate plan, price models etc in portal, worked with creation of new propositions and change in existing propositions in Siebel. Our job was to verify the Requirement document prepared by Business analyst team and prepare technical specification document for all type of requirements. Then we decide the scope of each configuration and work on it and export it to the test environment for UAT team and finally in production after all defect clearance. We support all production related issues, including changing in Production configuration, testing and Correcting impact on customers if required.
